Returns and Refund Policy

At Ad Publicity, we are committed to ensuring the best possible experience with every order. Since most of our products are custom-made, we follow a strict no-return, no-refund policy, except in specific, limited situations outlined below.
1. No Returns or Exchanges
All products sold on our website are custom-designed and printed specifically for each customer. Due to the personalized nature of these items, we do not accept any returns or exchanges once the order has been processed.
2. Order Cancellation
Customers may cancel their order within 1 hour of placing it. After this time, the order enters our production workflow and cannot be canceled, changed, or refunded.

3. Refund Eligibility
Refunds are only applicable in the following rare cases:
- You receive the wrong product (different from what was ordered).
- The product is damaged upon delivery.
- There is a major printing or manufacturing error caused solely by Ad Publicity.
To be eligible for a refund in these cases:
- You must contact us at adpublicity9@gmail.com or call +91 8460751520 within 24 hours of receiving the product.
- Provide your order number, a brief explanation, and clear photographic evidence of the issue.
- Our team will review your request and, if approved, initiate a refund or reprint.
4. Non-Refundable Cases
We will not issue refunds in the following situations:
- Mistakes in design or content provided by the customer (e.g., incorrect spelling, low-resolution logo).
- Color variations due to differences in digital displays and final print output.
- Delays in delivery caused by courier companies, weather, or unforeseen circumstances.
- Change of mind after order confirmation or once production has started.

5. Refund Processing Time
If your refund request is approved, the refund will be processed within 7–10 business days, and credited to your original payment method. Timing may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
