Thank you for choosing Ad Publicity. This Shipping & Delivery Policy outlines how and when your orders will be processed, shipped, and delivered.

1. Order Processing Time

All orders placed on our website are custom-processed. Once we receive your design assets and confirm the order:

  • It typically takes 7 to 10 working days to process, print, and dispatch your items.
  • Working days exclude weekends and public holidays.

Delays may occur during high-demand periods, technical issues, or due to incomplete customer inputs (e.g., missing logo or unclear content).

2. Shipping Method & Partners

We use trusted third-party courier and logistics providers to deliver all orders safely and efficiently. Shipping providers may vary based on your location and availability.

We currently ship only within India. We do not offer international shipping at this time.

3. Shipping Charges

Shipping charges may vary depending on the order quantity, location, and courier rates. The applicable shipping fee (if any) will be displayed at checkout before payment.

In many cases, shipping may be included in the final product price.

4. Tracking Your Order

Once your order is dispatched, we will send a tracking ID or link (via email, WhatsApp, or SMS) that you can use to monitor the shipment status through the courier partner’s website.

5. Delayed or Lost Shipments

While we strive to ensure timely delivery, Ad Publicity is not responsible for delays caused by:

  • Courier company errors
  • Weather conditions
  • Incorrect delivery address
  • Unavailability of the recipient
  • Force majeure events (strikes, lockdowns, etc.)

If a shipment is delayed beyond 14 working days from dispatch, please contact us for assistance.

6. Incorrect Address or Delivery Failure

Please ensure that your delivery address, phone number, and other details are accurate at the time of order. Ad Publicity will not be liable for lost or returned shipments due to incorrect or incomplete information provided by the customer.

7. Damage During Transit

If your order arrives visibly damaged, please take photos of the packaging and product, and contact us within 48 hours of delivery for review.

Note: We may coordinate with the courier company to investigate before resolving the issue.
