Ad Publicity offers printed and customizable products such as Visiting Cards, Envelopes, DIE Stickers, Letterheads, and related business stationery. Some products are available with pre-made templates, while others require client-provided content such as logos or text for custom design.
2. Order Process
By placing an order, you agree to provide accurate and complete information. You may upload logos, text, or other materials necessary for personalized designs. We are not responsible for any errors or issues resulting from incorrect information or low-quality uploads.

3. Cancellations
Orders can be canceled within 1 hour of placement. After that, the order is processed and sent for design and printing, and no cancellation will be accepted. Cancellations can be requested by contacting us at adpublicity9@gmail.com or calling +91 8460751520 within the allowed timeframe.

4. Shipping & Delivery
We aim to deliver all products within 7–10 working days. Delivery timelines may vary based on location, public holidays, or unexpected delays. We use reliable third-party courier partners for shipping. Ad Publicity is not responsible for delays caused by courier companies.
We currently ship within India only.

5. Returns and Refunds
Due to the custom nature of our products, we do not offer any returns, exchanges, or refunds. Once your design is approved and the printing is initiated, the product is considered final and non-refundable.
However, if you receive a defective or incorrect product due to our error, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery for review.

6. User-Submitted Content
When you upload content (logos, images, text), you confirm that:
- You have the legal right to use such content.
- The content is not unlawful, abusive, or infringing on third-party rights.
We reserve the right to reject any order containing inappropriate or offensive material.

7. Pricing and Taxes
All prices displayed on the website are final and inclusive of all charges. We do not charge extra taxes at checkout. Prices may change at any time without prior notice.

Ad Publicity does not offer any guarantees or warranties regarding print quality, color matching, delivery timelines, or customer satisfaction. All efforts are made to ensure quality output, but minor variations may occur due to screen-to-print differences or material limitations.
